01 DIGITIZE

Capturing is the process of generating your raw 3D models. This can be achieved in multiple ways depending on the equipment available and services provided. Different companies will have different methodologies in Capturing but the intent is to always have an initial 3D model output for Processing.

02 OPTIMIZE

Optimizing takes place to reconstruct any imperfections that may have been captured during the Capture process, whilst reducing the file size of the model as much as possible without hindering the texture. This step is necessary to generate high-fidelity models that have multi-platform deployability, at scale. This step often takes the longest time in creating a digital asset, with the time taken depending on the complexity of the physical object, both in geometric composition and texture complexity.

03 OUTPUT
